Visit here for downloads of the Minecraft map. Older versions will be added later.
Please note the map uses version 1.12.2 Java. You can convert it to any version you like (after 1.12.2). This map does not use a texture pack but shaders were used for screenshots. You can find the shaders by searching 'SEUS Shaders 1.12.2'.
How to install:
PC: Drag the 'Dieline10.XX' folder into C:/Users/Yourusername/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/saves
Mac: Drag the 'Dieline10.XX' Folder to Yourusername/Library/Application Support/minecraft/saves
